What I Already Had
I already owned these custom Cotton and Quill pillows. I got them last year from Cottage Grove Vendor Wheaton Whaley. I loved the blue and white planters filled with greenery in the design. I wanted to go from there and more blue and green.
What I Added
When I found this Fabricut remnant with all sorts of blues from navy to aqua, I knew it would be a perfect compliment and backdrop for the lime in the other pillows to pop. I added a contrast chartreuse piping so the deep blue would stand out against the frame of my dark sectional.

How Many Pillows
This is a small sectional and it actually came with back cushions, but I prefer laying pillows for luxe comfort. I always recommend 3 pillows in the corner of a sectional. It transforms it into the comfiest spot. I used 2 pillows on the other end.
Bringing Them Inside and Out
I’ve had this question a lot recently. Some of my pillows are in outdoor fabric and some of them are in remnants from materials leftover from inside project. Followers have asked how I take care of them. The answer: I ALWAYS bring my pillows inside. Both of our outdoor spaces are exposed to the elements so I never leave my pillows outside. I have forgotten a time or two, but thankfully it never rained and they were okay for those 24 hours. But 99% of the time, I bring them back inside for proper storage.
