There’s something about gingham that just says “spring is here!” It’s a happy, classic pattern that is subtle enough to be understated, but bold enough in bright colors to make a statement.
Gingham is a classic print; all the gingham items in my closet have been there for a while and the trend (if you could call it that) isn’t going anywhere soon. Here’s a few items I’ve been eyeing on the internet.
Pink Ruffle Blouse // It’s gingham, pink, ruffles, and a bow. Pair with high waisted white jeans and you’ll be adorable.
Pink Micro-Gingham Rain Jacket // We’ve had so much rain lately. Doesn’t seem to be clearing up soon. This could come in handy for April showers! And an excellent price!
Green Gingham Dress // You’ve got to see the cute cross over in the back! I have ordered this and it’s a possible Easter dress!
Fedora // What a cute way to cover up a bad hair day! Especially after the muggy, raining morning showers.
Double Gingham Skirt // I like this playful update on a two tone gingham. Light blue and navy are a beautiful combo and this adds a modern edge to the midi skirt.
Gingham Pants // I feel like this is so Jackie-O. Can’t you just her in this, some oversized shades, lounging in Kennebunkport or some northern shore.
Pink Gingham Skirt // This is adorable as a set with the pink gingham blouse above. The midi skirt can be dressed up with heels or casual with sneaks.
Gingham Sneakers // Speaking of sneakers, how adorable are these? What a great way to add some fun to your feet! Don’t be afraid to mix patterns! I would so pair these with white jeans and a bold, patterned top.
Pink and Red Sheath // Gingham goes to the office in a fitted sheath but still has fun in pink and red.
