I’ve bought a few small items recently and I’ve really enjoyed them. I wanted to share them here and I think we might make this a regular round up!
Rattan Shoes
I recently bought these rattan shoes on a whim and I’m so glad I did! I’ve worn them every week and I know I will wear them well into fall. They’re very comfortable and they also come in black. I’ve been hunting for perfect rattan shoes this season (took me buying and trying many other pairs) and these are it!
Hair Claws
Another item I picked up on a whim–these hair claws. I needed a tortoise color so I grabbed these; the black will be great for winter, too. Notice how these “claws” curve all the way under the other side and the claws on the end curve out. This gives a better grip on the hair! I can use these hair claws to hold all of my hair up in a twist or just half back; the curved claw grips that well!
No Show Socks
I purchased these no show socks about three years ago and it was time for a new set. They come in a twelve pack, so you’ll have plenty! I use these for socks in my casual sneakers and for athletic sneakers. I don’t really do hardcore working out, so these are thick enough without being bulky. I also wear these with boots in the winter! They truly are the one sock that does it all!
There is a grip on the back that keeps them from falling off your heel. As a size 10, I always had a problem with no show socks falling off my heel. These are the only ones I have found that stay on. Size info–I got the women’s 5-9 size and I wear a 10; it’s been great!
Tretorn Sneakers
Going right along with the no show socks, these Tretorn sneakers have been well worn and loved this late summer and they are excellent for going into fall. I love the all white with the light neutral colors and hints of blush–just my type of neutral! These sneakers look great with dresses!
Portable Lamp
I love these portable lamps so much! I purchased two and they have been such a hit; we use them while outside at night and it’s the perfect little glow. The portable lamps are great for travel, too! Last week at the beach, we used them for a “lamp light” dinner on the crow’s nest on the roof. They’d be great for a picnic at dusk on the beach, too! There’s three brightness levels on the portable lamp and they are super easy to charge!
I might be a little too obsessed with the lamp but I’m also eyeing this crystal version. How elegant will that be for the fancy tablescapes this winter?
