Easter reminds me of the entire extended family gathering for a meal after church–what wonderful memories! I’ve got the solution for you today! It’s an easy Easter tablescape with Sophistiplate!

Looks Like Fine China

I first discovered Sophistiplate products several years ago. I was enamored with the gilded edges and scallopped rims! These details make it look like fine china! I’m all for making setting a table and cleaning up easy, but a basic white paper plate just isn’t gonna cut it for me. These gorgeous plates from Sophistiplate make it beautiful and easy!

A Complete Tablescape

Tablescaping can be so challenging when trying to coordinate a dinner plate and a napkin and an accent plate. Trying to find enough of those separate pieces to accommodate a crowd is even more challenging! Sophistipate has the entire line of pretty pieces to make an easy Easter tablescape! I used the dinner plate, salad plate, appetizer bowl, dinner napkins, cocktail napkins and flatware! It’s one cohesive tablescape!

I particularly like the appetizer bowl. I use this size for all sorts of serving! Because it’s a shallow bowl, it makes it very easy to scoop your dish while eating. I packed this size for a girls overnight trip and used it for serving breakfast casserole. I received so many compliments on the pretty paper plate and on how it was the perfect size! They are so functional for serving salads, casseroles, desserts, and more!

Crowd Hosting Tips

When hosting a crowd, your table may feel a little tight. I suggest having a buffet line to go through so you don’t need to make room on the table for dishes. When doing that, use a charger under the plate. This give a bigger tray like surface for guests to hold as they serve their plate. Also, go ahead and wrap up the knife and fork in the dinner napkin. This also gives one item for guest to pick up at the end of the buffet as opposed to three separate items to juggle.
