How I Blow Dry My Hair

Share or Save!

My mom started blowing out my hair with a round brush when I was very little; since it was long enough to brush it. I learned very early how to style my hair and take care of it. Here’s how I blow dry my hair:

  • hair dryer — this is a knock off of the Dyson for a fraction of the price. It’s got excellent wind speed, if that makes sense. It’s able to use more forceful air and less intense heat to get your hair dry and smooth.
  • round brush — my hairdresser used this one and I had to have it. I love it! It’s also got that gadget on the end that let’s you get a super straight part.
  • oil — another product I picked up on from my hairdresser. This oil protects against all the heat while creating smoothness without weighing it down.
  • hair towel — a microfiber towel is so much gentler on wet hair! I like how this one wraps up and has a loop and button to keep it on your head.
  • pajamas — not necessary for a good hair day, but they are cute right?! You can use code DIXON for 15% off.
