With summer in full swing, I wanted to create a bright and vivid tablescape full of color! I’ve so enjoyed using my Abigail’s tulipiere and the yellow is perfect for summer. While I love this centerpiece with tulips, it’s very fun to fill with flowers of any kind. I particularly like how the tulipiere vessel lifts and elevates the arrangement to see the pretty base.
I love how the vintage yellow cabbage plates bring out the yellow tulipiere. It’s just beautiful! To bring in more colors, I layered my vintage Coalport Chinese Willow with pink glass chargers. I love the border of the Chinese Willow with the touches of turquoise and navy and orange. To ground the table, I used a Just Darviny tablecloth. The simple stripes of a botanical add a simple pattern while also bringing in green. I love using these tablecloths over my metal table outside. I also used my Lucy Grymes x Laura Park paper placemats (use DIXON for free shipping). The multicolor abstract adds a touch of modern while also bringing in more color.
To accessorize the place setting, I used my bamboo brass flatware. For an additional chinoiserie element, the Beth Ladd Collections beaded pagoda napkin rings. These are little pieces of art and reflect light beautifully. They add fun pop of pink to the top of the place setting. Incorporating the Amazon pink wine glasses adds a modern and fresh touch to the table.
