Navy is my go to, dark neutral color. Against my fair skin, black seems a little too jarring, but navy is a bit warmer and softer. It’s also a great color to transition into fall. You can’t go wrong with a preppy navy stripe; it’s a timeless style that will last you for years. And chambray may not qualify as navy, but the darker chambray just seems a bit more sophisticated than the lighter tones yet equally as on-trend.
