Delivered to You!
That’s right; you can have a Caroline’s Cake shipped right to your day. Can you believe they ship 20,000 cakes a day leading up to the holidays? I think that means the proof is in the pudding, or in the signature swirl icing; I mean 20,000 a day?! Y’all, that’s a lot of caramel cake and a lot of people who trust Caroline’s Cakes for the best dessert!

More Than Caramel — gluten free available!
I love Caroline’s Cakes because they also offer a gluten free caramel cake! And, y’all, it is delicious! It’s everything you want in a caramel cake — moist cake, rich caramel, the perfect ratio of cake to icing.

Beyond caramel cake, there’s many other flavors available. In the photos above, I’ve displayed a Caramel Apple Spice Cake and a Sweet Potato Cake. The flavors felt like a lovely fall addition to a dessert buffet, and yes, they certainly are delicious! I love being able to offer a variety to guests.
I added a few cake bites to the edges, too. This is a great way to offer “just a taste” of another flavor! Cake Bites are a so versatile! They’re so easy to take with you if you have to take a dessert to a gathering; or they make great party favors to send on with your guests, too!
Freezer Favorites
When you order a Caroline’s Cake, it arrives frozen in a beautiful red box packed with insulation and dry ice. Upon arrival, leave the cake wrapped and sealed in the red cake tin and store it in the freezer. When you’re ready to serve, unwrap it and thaw on the counter for 3-4 hours. It smells amazing when you unwrap it and let it thaw; it’s hard to wait 3 hours to cut a slice!

If you didn’t eat all your Caramel Cake, you can refreeze it! Yes! Just wrap it back up on plastic wrap and put it back in the tin and back in the freezer. You can freeze and refreeze the cakes for up to six months.
Order Now for the Holidays
As I like to say, “you don’t have to make, you just have to make it happen.” The best way to do that is with a cake from Caroline’s Cakes! Order now and cross dessert off your list for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. They’ll be in your freezer ready to go when the celebration is here! Having a Caroline’s Cakes in the freezer is the ultimate party trick!
Now I’ve got a craving for some delicious caramel cake after writing this blog post; I bet you do, too, after reading it!
