I am lamp obsessed. Finding a vintage lamp is so much fun. Modernizing it for today’s style is even more fun. The details are what make good design and today I am sharing with you one detail that will take your lamps to the next level. Add an acrylic lamp base for that ultra, finished polished look.

Just look at the side by side lamps in the photo below. There’s nothing wrong with the lamp that doesn’t have the acrylic lamp base, but when you look at that modern, lucite base on the left. MMMM. It is special!!!
Not Just for Lamps
Arcylic lamp bases are for more than just lamps. Place them under a ginger jar, vase, anything you want to take to the next level.
Double Stack
You can even double stack. That’s right! I love seeing the asian style stand on one jar and the acrylic lamp base on the other. This is another way to get that perfect balance of old and new!
