How I Use the Little Rechargeable Lamps

Tablescaping. These are so much fun to use for dining al fresco! They add such ambiance and encourage lingering after dinner.
Outside Entertaining. Y’all know how much I do not like light from a single bright source (like an overhead) and that includes lights outside. Our deck has big outdoor lanterns, but that’s so harsh and direct like a spot light. I set the little rechargeable lights on coffee tables and side tables for a nice glow!
Tailgating. What did we do before these lights when we were tailgating those late night games and it was dark? These are so handy and beautiful!
Travel. I use these even more when I travel. In addition to all the ways listed above, I like having these lights as bedside lamps when I travel. Some rentals seem to only provide one bedside lamp. What’s up with that? I am also extra picky about early morning light (see note above about overhead lights). I use these in vacation rental kitchens a lot! Those only seem to have overhead and who wants to turn that on first thing in the morning? These are so much softer!
Bathroom Lighting. When having a party or company, it’s very important to light the way to the bathroom. I like to have these soft lights on so it leads people to the right room down the hall and they aren’t left peering into all our bedrooms trying to find the bathroom.
Desk lights. My desk is a vintage secretary tucked into a cute little nook. That nook gets a little dark and I have two of these lights on the shelves. They add a soft glow and just enough light when I’m doing work at the desk. It’s also a beautiful light on shelves in general!
