You’ll Never Order Out Wings Again

What is it about the Super Bowl that makes you want all the junk food? My hubby really wanted wings, but we knew that all the local places would be packed and have very long wait times, We decided we would try to make our own. So glad we did!

Y’all, its the easiest thing and the chicken basically falls off the bone! And it’s not fried, so it’s a little healthier.

Buy your wings or drumsticks with skin on (I think this helps keeps moisture in). Marinate in a little olive oil and Bad Byron’s Butt Rub (I use this on soo many things!). Let them get room temp for about 30 minutes. Cook on 375 for one hour. That’s it! Delicious! My hubby has asked for them once a week since we first tried this!

We love to dip our wings in Marie’s Blue Cheese Dressing. My sauce of choice is Sticky Fingers Carolina Sweet.

These wings would be so easy for a party! Wouldn’t it be fun to make a wing board instead of charcuterie? I might have to try that next time! Add in celery, a variety of sauces, some sweet potato fries….
