Hostess Gift Guide — Mini Lamps

Share or Save!

I’ve shared these mini lamps several times on the blog and instagram. I use them all the time and they make a practical, useful and fun hostess gift!

Here’s all the ways I’ve used the rechargeable mini lamps:

  • tailgating — so nice to pull out at dusk and light the food table!
  • tablescapes — whether dining outside or inside, these add a beautiful ambience (and safer and cleaner than candles) to the table
  • outdoor entertaining — even if it’s just the two of us hanging outside, these really add a soft glow, like lamplight inside, but outside!
  • bathroom light — I love a lamp on a counter, particularly for additional light to guide guests to the bathroom during a party (so they are peering into bedrooms wondering which one is the bathroom), and these add the perfect touch of light. Bonus–no cords cluttering up the counter!
  • coffee bar light — I wake up before the sun and I do not like a harsh overhead light first thing in the morning. Set one of these by the coffee maker and you’ve got enough light to pour that first cup without being blinded by kitchen lights.
  • bar carts — place at the back and the light helps you see to make your drink
  • travel — I pack these when staying in an Air BnB; you never know if you’ll have proper bedside lighting and these have come in handy just for that!

There’s several styles of the mini lamps now and you can see my selections on this Amazon List. I’m eyeing the crystal lamp; wouldn’t that be beautiful at a bridal shower or placed around the room at an engagement party?!

The pink and green would be pretty phenomenal in the spring!
